I understand that is my child creates a discipline problem, my child may lose the privilege of participating in this program.

I understand that my child will be bused to the place of instruction by the Released Time Staff and that my child is insured by School Ministries INC. while attending Released Time Bible classes.

I understand that if medical attention is needed for my child that Released Time Volunteers will call emergency services and then seek to notify me and the school.

I understand that if my child needed medication of any kind that Bladen County Released Time will NOT administer, so I will need to make other arrangements.

I hereby give Bladen County Released Time and their legal representatives and assign the right and permission to use and publish without charge photographs, videso, and other media resources of my student image or likeness taken.
