I understand that my child will be required to attend unless otherwise stated by the parent/guardian.  

I understand that if my child creates a discipline problem, my child may lose the privilege of participating in the program 

I understand that my child will be bused to the place of instruction by the Released Time Staff and that my child is insured by School Ministries while attending Released Time Bible Classes 

I understand that if medical attention is needed for my child that Released Time Volunteers will call Emergency Services and then seek to notify me and the school. 

I understand that if my child needs medication of any kind that Bladen County Released Time will NOT administer, so I will make other arrangements. 

I hereby give Bladen Country Released Time Inc., and their legal representatives and assign, the right and permission to use and publish without charge photographs, videos and other media resources of my student image or likeness taken.
